How to Enjoy Life?

Have you enjoy your life? Or are you worrying everything?
You start thinking why my life is so flat or even worse, didn't you?
Maybe there were times where you planned something but failed badly even if you're trying so had. Or maybe there are so many things that disappoint you because your own weakness? Are they disturbing you?

Planning and struggling for something are good. But anything can happen. There are things that happen even if you didn't plan those, but they're better than you can imagine or planned. That's how God is working. He likes giving surprises, something we called Grace. Have you ever realized that you are given those all time?

I think that enjoying life is very simple matter. You have to believe that no matter how small changes you made or how small faith do you have in your heart, something big is going to happen and best price is given to you before you know it. I remember someone tells me about miracles, he said that a good miracles born in difficulties, while the great one in impossibilities.

So, when you worry on something, move forward and grab that, take risks, do without any regrets. No one knows the future and you can't change the past, but you can make sure that today is great enough and you have a smile today. You can't change anyone's life either but you can empower them to do the best they can do and achieve.

Maybe you haven't found something that you really want. Or even worse, you failed to get them. But, look at your surrounding, are everyone as lucky as you? Maybe there are many of them are better, but there are so many aren't. They can smile, right? Do something to get those smile in you, that enjoying life.

Guilty Treatment

Feeling guilty or blaming our self all time can deliver us to a life far from smile. Lack of thinking may cause this. Wrong decisions or wrong timing that we take may be something we would regrets in the future. But I tell you what, these will bring you nowhere. Pale faces will always growing and growing up.

Everyone must have done something wrong in their life. But, not everyone can stand and face that and move on. Most of us stay quiet and let this "guilty" things eat our beautiful life or even worse, screwing our future. Is that what you really want?

Confess and ask for forgiveness are ways you can choose to lift up your burden. But there are something you have to do before. First thing is ask God to forgive you. He will give you courage to forgive yourself. Next step is make yourself ready for all consequences, remember this, being forgiven is one of consequences too. Now with the final step, a smile on your face, you are ready to apologize for your acts and let God do the rest.

God says "seek and you will find, ask and it will be given, and knock and a door will be opened for you". So, why are you choose to live in a guilty and kill some of God's plans for you? Why don't you stand up, smile, and go forward. We can't change the past afterall.

I cannot say "Our" if my faith has no room for others and their needs.

I cannot say "Father" if I do not demonstrate this relationship in my daily life.

I cannot say "who art in Heaven" if all my interests and pursuits are in earthly things.

I cannot say "hallowed be Thy name" if I, who am called by his name am not holy.

I cannot say "Thy Kingdom come" if I am unwilling to give up my own sovereignty and accept the righteous reign of God.

I cannot say "Thy will be done" if I am unwilling or resentful of having it in my life.

I cannot say "on Earth as it is in Heaven" unless I am truly ready to give myself to his service here and now.

I cannot say "give us this day our daily bread" without expending honest effort for it or by ignoring the genuine needs of my fellow men.

I cannot say "forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us" if I continue to harbor a grudge against anyone.

I cannot say "lead us not into temptation" if I deliberately choose to remain in a situation where I am likely to be tempted.

I cannot say "deliver us from evil" if I am not prepared to fight in the spiritual realm with the weapon of prayer.

I cannot say "Thine is the kingdom" if I do not give the King the disciplined obedience of a loyal subject.

I cannot say "Thine is the power" if I fear what my neighbors do or say to me.

I cannot say "Thine is the glory" if I am seeking my own glory first.

I cannot say "forever" if I am anxious about each day's events.

I cannot say "Amen" unless I honestly say "Cost what it may, this is my prayer."

Learn to Forgive Someone

Have you ever felt like dark things are all around you and no matter how hard you pray, they don’t leave. You feel constantly pressured. This is called being “hedged in”.In my experience, and by observation with the people I talk to, it happens when you are refusing to forgive someone for what they have done.

The tough truth of the situation is that if you won’t forgive, you will not be forgiven. Think about the Lords prayer. “Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.” So what happens if you won’t forgive those trespasses?

What does the bible say?

“Therefore, the kingdom of heaven is like a king who wanted to settle accounts with his servants. As he began the settlement, a man who owed him ten thousand talents was brought to him. Since he was not able to pay, the master ordered that he and his wife and his children and all that he had be sold to repay the debt.

“The servant fell on his knees before him. ‘Be patient with me,’ he begged, ‘and I will pay back everything.’ The servant’s master took pity on him, canceled the debt and let him go.

“But when that servant went out, he found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred denarii. He grabbed him and began to choke him. ‘Pay back what you owe me!’ he demanded. “His fellow servant fell to his knees and begged him, ‘Be patient with me, and I will pay you back.’ “But he refused. Instead, he went off and had the man thrown into prison until he could pay the debt. When the other servants saw what had happened, they were greatly distressed and went and told their master everything that had happened.

“Then the master called the servant in. ‘You wicked servant,’ he said, ‘I canceled all that debt of yours because you begged me to. Shouldn’t you have had mercy on your fellow servant just as I had on you?’ In anger his master turned him over to the jailers to be tortured, until he should pay back all he owed.

“This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother from your heart.”

If you feel hedged in and always under pressure, you might very well be in the torture prison that Jesus taught about.So how do you get out of it? Forgive!Some of you are saying… but I can’t… you don’t know what he/she did. I just can’t.Some people are just INCREDIBLY angry and they can’t forgive. I know how that feels. The kind of unforgiveness is really just anger. You’re angry. Very angry. Immensely angry.

Here’s what I did.

Releasing spiritual debt

I will probably never forget the exact day on which I did this.

Let’s look at the sin that has been committed against you as a debt. Someone has sinned against you and now owes you aspiritual debt.

Step one is to separate the spiritual debt from your anger. The bible says:

BE angry, but do not sin (Eph 4:26)

So you don’t need to stop being angry right now. Your mission… should you choose to accept it… is to release them in prayer from their spiritual debt to you.Your prayer can be as simple as this: “Lord Jesus, please do not hold their actions against them. I declare that they do not have any debt to me”. You might want to add your own authentic words to this. Really let them go from spiritual debt.That takes care of the torture prison. The enemy should leave right away.

Thanking God for the good

This is the second step I took.God promises to use all things for the good of those who love Him. That’s you and me!

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. – Rom 8:28

DO NOT thank Him for the experience of being sinned against. No, thank Him for using it for good in some way.Perhaps you’ve been rejected or abused. Have you used those experiences to help other people? Can you thank God for using those experiences to help others?

In my case intense loneliness in my childhood was the memory. But now I write this blog and help hundreds of people overcome emptiness and loneliness. It’s a bad memory, but God is using it for the good. I can smile now.I can move on.

Emotional release

But the thing still happened right? You might still have some anger to deal with. As long as your anger gets processed, you will be able to go to a deeper level of forgiveness, where you EMOTIONALLY release the event or person.

Step three happened for me today. I read a book for men about women. I was just amazed to see into the world of a woman. How emotional it is. How they love. How they view the world through a lens of love and emotions.

As I understood that, I “saw” that my own mother had seen her own family and me in that way. Let me say that my family was responsible for a SHOCKING amount of pain in my young life which I am only now working through. But… when I could see that she really did do her best, that she tried to love, that she lived this life of trying her best… I could release her EMOTIONALLY.

My childhood had been massively lonely and painful, but I could “see” my mother’s angst as she tried her best to create a loving environment. I could truly see it. She tried. I can let that go now.

And so I have felt unbelievably FREE and happy for most of the day. I’m moving on.

Learn to Forgive Yourself

Blaming yourself for mistakes doesn't help and only causes more pain. When you learn how to forgive yourself for past mistakes you free yourself so you can move forward.

Who hasn't said something that stung another, done something that made you cringe, or chose inaction in a case where action would have made a world of difference? No one can get through life without making mistakes, and one of the best ways to grow and evolve is by learning from mistakes. So why hold onto the painful past, when you can heal yourself with forgiveness?

How to Forgive Yourself

There are three important steps to follow in order to heal yourself with forgiveness: accepting yourself and the situation, having compassion, and understanding why the situation occurred so you can learn and grow.

Acceptance. Accepting what happened from a state of neutrality instead of judgment is essential. Healing can't happen from a place of resistance. Acceptance doesn't mean condoning what happened, it just means acknowledging what happened outside of a right/wrong or good/bad dichotomy. Self-acceptance is also important. Notice what it feels like to accept yourself. Now add on to that by saying: Even though I made this mistake, I accept myself. Let that feeling of acceptance flow through your body.

Compassion. To heal yourself with forgiveness it's important to have compassion. Look at the big picture of life to see how someone else in the same situation might have done the same thing. See how childhood wounds contributed, how your skill set and self-awareness at the time factored in, and how the surrounding circumstances played a role. Know that you did the best possible at the time.

Understanding. In order to forgive yourself for past mistakes it helps to understand why things happened the way they did. Sometimes mistakes happen for the sole purpose of learning and growth. Make a list of the lessons and benefits that arose from past mistakes – what were the self discoveries, what strengthened, what softened, how are you a better person today because of what happened?

Experience Forgiveness

Forgiveness isn't just an action, it's a feeling or a state of being, the way peacefulness is a feeling state. Being in the state of true forgiveness is very healing as it supports the release of judgments, blame and anything that doesn't support your highest good.

Try this exercise as a way to tune into forgiveness. Close your eyes and relax by taking a few deep breaths until you feel calm and peaceful. Then imagine a bouquet of beautiful soft pink roses out in front of you that are filled with the energy of forgiveness. Look at that energy of forgiveness in the roses and let your body match that feeling. Feel it flow through your whole body, down into the cells. Let go into it and release any un-forgiveness you've been holding onto

Heal Yourself with Forgiveness

Acceptance, compassion and understanding are all aspects of forgiveness. It's possible to heal any situation by being accepting, compassionate and understanding with self and others. Forgiveness releases blame, judgment, and resentment, which supports healing and freedom.

Is it true that Jesus Will Come Back?

Coming of Jesus Christ for the second time, which means the arrival of Judgement Day, in the New Testament consists of 260 articles which mentioned no less than 318 times. By statistical means there is one paragraph about his coming back in every 25th section in various ways and forms. So make no mistake about it: Jesus Christ will surely come back, and God gave specific instructions about what should we do when waiting for Him.

First, we must be vigilant while waiting for his arrival . Luke 12:37 states, "Blessed are the servants who found his master on guard when she arrived. I tell you the truth he would bind his waist and let them sit down to eat, and he will come to serve them. "So in our life, our minds should not be caught up worldly pursuits like what we eat, drink, wear or use. Conversely, we still have to focus minds on heavenly things and pursue what is eternal. We should seek, more than any that exist today, are the things the Kingdom of God, where Jesus Christ rules and power.

Second, we must be ready to go anytime. Let me ask this: If Jesus Christ came back today, are you ready to go with him? If Christ came to fetch you this very moment, whether your presence makes his shameful or embarrassed? If so, then you need to change your life. If you do not live in a way that pleases Him, so when he comes suddenly, you'll be surprised.

Third, we must become more like Jesus Christ every day. Based on 2 Peter 3:11-14 says, "So, if everything will be destroyed in this way, how sacred and salehnya you have to live that is you who look forward and accelerate the arrival of day of God. On that day the heavens will perish in the fire and the elements will be destroyed by the flames. But according to His promise, we look for new heavens and new earth, where there is truth. Therefore, my beloved, while waiting for all this, you must try, that ye may be found blameless and spotless before Him, in peace with Him. "If you feel confident that the coming of His return is near, then it will definitely affect the way you live. You will further purify and sanctify your life just as God is holy (1 John 3:3).

Four, we need to look forward with longing. Have you been waiting for someone with great longing? You will menatikan a car or bike. Occasionally you will open a window or door and looked out waiting to see if people are you waiting for has arrived. Likewise, should we wait for the coming of Jesus Christ. We will examine the signs are there, as the Bible says, and prepare for his arrival.

Lastly, we must continue to work (Luke 12:43 ) . While checking the signs of His coming we must continue to do our part, as Jesus commanded that fulfill His Great Commission. So, when we later on picked by Jesus, we are not alone, but bring more people into the kingdom of heaven.

Deepest Darkness

Psalm 23:4-5

Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I'm not afraid of danger, for you are with; cudgel thy and thy staff, they comfort me. You provide the meal for me, in the presence of my enemies: thou anointed my head with oil; put my cup full of abundance.

Do you need to be reminded that God will never forget you? Whether you're desperately waiting for a glimmer of hope in the world that seems to fall apart? In Psalm 23 we find assurance that God will never leave us.

The Hebrew word used for "valley of darkness" is 'salmawet' which means the deepest darkness. Most of us would say is easy to believe that God holds us tight when things are going well. And what about those times deepest darkness? Things become uncertain is not it?

God tells us to not be afraid of crime in the valley because it is He who makes grandparent. It was he who allowed the shadow of death, He has allowed the deepest darkness in our lives.

In the darkest times, when we must walk in the deepest darkness, when we think God has really left us - it could be the safest place where God put us to fulfill the great plan that was prepared in our lives. Look at the life of Joseph.

Psalm 23:5 gives us much more reason to remember that God never forgets us. Imagine a table filled with the best food crystals adorned the most beautiful and you are the guest of honor at the home of Jesus. Jesus guide you to your seat and place the fine linen napkin in your lap.

Then Jesus will look at you with excitement and asked, "Do you like it? I prepare everything just for you. Come on, taste everything! "

You begin to taste the food there and admit that it was the most delicious food you will ever eat. All the special things that Jesus provided for you.

But wait, who is bent over in the corner? That is your enemy, the devil, and he looked unhappy because fastened in his seat. Jesus, who would die for you and will never lose or leave you, pamper you're right in front of your enemy and forced him to sit there and see all the love bestowed on Him to you.

When you and I were in the deepest darkness, rest assured that His hand is upon us and He will make sure the enemy of our souls that we are the heart of his lover. So rejoice! If you know that Jesus is Lord and Savior, then you are truly the heart of his lover!

Any dark as your current life, God will always make sure you are protected safely in the palm of His hand. Do not ever give up!

Ten Commandment

I. I am the Lord your God. You shall not have strange gods before me.
Do I give time every day to God in prayer?
Do I put my trust in superstitions, good luck charms, rather than God alone?
Have I rejected any Church teaching or denied that I was a Christian?
Is there any differences between church?

II. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain.
Have I used the words "God" or "Jesus" in anger or irreverently?
Have I used foul or ugly language? Have I wished evil on another?

III. Remember to keep holy the Lord's day.
Have I missed Mass on Sunday or any holy day of obligation?
Do I arrive at church late or leave early?
Do I try to be reverent and pay attention during Mass?
Do I avoid unnecessary work on Sunday?
Do I make Sunday a day of prayer or rest?

IV. Honor your father and your mother.
Do I respect and obey my parents?
Have I dishonored or mistreated them by word or deed?
Am I willing to help around the house or must I be nagged a hundred times?
Do I try to get along with my brothers and sisters?
Am I a tattletale or bully?
Do I give a good example, especially to younger siblings?
Do I respect others in authority: priests, nuns, police, old people, baby-sitters?

V. You shall not kill.
Do I beat up others or hurt their bodies?
Do I say cruel things, or make fun of others to hurt their feelings?
Do I say mean things about others behind their backs?
Have I stopped speaking to anyone?
Do I encourage others to do bad things?
Do I try to love all people, born and unborn?

VI. You shall not commit adultery.
Do I treat my body and other people's bodies with purity and respect?
Do I look at television shows, movies, or pictures that are bad?
Am I modest in my speech and the clothes I wear?

VII. You shall not steal.
Have I taken things that were not mine from a store or another person?
Have I destroyed or misused another person's property for fun?
Do I return things that I borrow? In good condition?

VIII. You shall not commit false witness against your neighbor.
Am I honest in my school work?
Do I tell lies to make myself look good?
Do I tell lies to protect myself from punishment?
Do I tell lies that make another person look bad or get them in trouble?

IX. You shall not covet your neighbor's wife.
Do I allow my parents to spend time with one another, or do I get jealous and want them to pay attention only to me?
Do I get mad when I have to share my friends?
Are there kids I will not play with or be mean to because they look different?

X. You shall not covet your neighbor's goods.
Am I jealous or envious of the things or abilities that others have?
Am I thankful to God and my parents for what they have given me?
Do I share the things I have with my family, friends and poor people?

The Act of Contrition
Oh my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended you and I detest all my sins because I dread the loss of heaven and the pains of hell, but most of all because they offend you, my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve with the help of your grace to sin no more, to amend my life, and to avoid whatever leads me to sin. Amen.
